On June 2, 2026, Wheel of Fortune opened with Danielle solving the first toss-up, WE'RE ON THE SAME PAGE, before Debbie took the $2,000 toss-up with ERASING THE CHALKBOARD. In the first main round, Danielle took control on the Same Letter puzzle and solved RENEWING, REFRESHING, REJUVENATING, giving her an early lead.
Danielle kept the momentum going in the Fun & Games round by solving DOUBLE DUTCH JUMP ROPE. That extended her advantage and made her the player to catch heading into the second half of the game, while Debbie and Reed continued looking for a swing round.
The turning point came in the Travel Tip puzzle. After some costly misses and bankrupts around the table, Reed stepped in and solved TAKE THE FERRY. The solve came with a Grand Circle Travel tour of Alaska and pushed him just ahead of Danielle on the scoreboard.
The Triple Toss-Ups helped tighten and then widen the race. Debbie solved COFFEE CUP and also got TEACUP, while Reed answered STANLEY CUP to add to his lead. In the Speed-Up round, Reed then sealed the win by solving ONE LUMP SUM, finishing the episode with $21,390 in cash and tour winnings.
Reed advanced to the Bonus Round with the category Phrase and selected additional letters that gave him a strong start. The bonus puzzle was OFFER YOUR OPINION. He was unable to complete the final word, so the Bonus Round was not won, and the $75,000 prize remained unclaimed.
