On Wheel of Fortune airing April 30, 2026, Ryan opened by solving the $1,000 Toss-Up, SECLUDED RETREAT. Diane answered the $2,000 Toss-Up with A NOSE FOR NEWS, setting up a strong early battle before the main rounds began.

Diane then took control in the first main game puzzle, a Same Letter round, and solved MOUNTAINS, MARSHES & MOSQUITOES. That gave her a sizable lead and established the momentum of the episode. In the next round, Nick got on the board in a big way by solving AT A FRACTION OF THE COST.

The Prize Puzzle round proved especially important. Diane solved A SIDE DISH OF PASTA, adding both cash and an Italian tour to her total. That solve widened her advantage and put her in excellent position heading into the late-game toss-ups.

The Triple Toss-Up round brought quick swings for both Diane and Ryan. Diane solved WATER HAZARD, while Ryan answered DRIVERS AND PUTTERS and then GOPHER HOLES. The Speed-Up puzzle was AFTER THE FACT, and Diane finished the game as the winner with $23,350 in cash and tour value.

In the Bonus Round, Diane chose People. After the standard letters and her additional picks were added, she solved 1 HAPPY COUPLE. The bonus round was won, and the envelope added $40,000, giving Diane a final total of $63,750 in cash and tour value for the night.
