On November 5, 2026, Wheel of Fortune opened with a Punctuation toss-up set that featured QUESTION MARK, EXCLAMATION MARK, QUOTATION MARK, and COMMAS AND PERIODS. Luke Havranek and Ashley Litsey split the early solves, with Luke claiming QUESTION MARK, QUOTATION MARK, and COMMAS AND PERIODS, while Ashley solved EXCLAMATION MARK.
Luke carried that momentum into the first main round, a Famous Duo puzzle. He identified BUZZ LIGHTYEAR AND WOODY, the Toy Story characters, for $3,350 and a prize. Ashley responded in the What Are You Doing? round with FLYING BY THE SEAT OF MY PANTS, worth $3,600.
The pivotal middle-game solve belonged to Luke in the Phrase round. He solved STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED for $17,300 and a Railbookers tour of central Europe, building a substantial lead.
