On the June 4, 2026 episode of Wheel of Fortune, Vontoba opened strongly by solving the $1,000 toss-up TOP OF THE MORNING, then added the $2,000 toss-up YELLOW SCHOOL BUS. He kept the momentum going in the first main round, where he solved SUBATOMIC PARTICLES and built an early lead.
The family-themed crossword round produced another big moment for Vontoba. He completed the puzzle with HUSBAND, GRANDMOTHER, DAD, pushing his total even higher and putting himself in a strong position heading into the later rounds.
In the Fun & Games round, Brynne made her move with ROLLER-SKATING IN THE PARK, a solve that brought her much closer to the lead. She then took control in the Triple Toss-Ups, solving LET’S PUT OUR HEADS TOGETHER and LET’S BRAINSTORM. Patricia got on the board by solving the third toss-up, IT SLIPPED MY MIND.
The Speed-Up round category was What Are You Doing?, and Patricia finished that puzzle with TAILGATING. Even with that late solve, the match belonged to Brynne, whose strong finish in the toss-up segment was enough to move her past Vontoba and send her to the Bonus Round as the episode winner.
For the Bonus Round, Brynne chose Fun & Games. After the standard letters and her additional picks were revealed, she solved FIELD GOAL. The bonus round was a win, and the successful solve earned her a Jeep Wrangler, bringing her final total to $62,209 in cash and merchandise.
