Celebrate the Holidays with Secret Santa Week
The Wheel of Fortune Secret Santa Holiday Giveaway X returns for the 2025 holiday season, giving Wheel Watchers across the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) the chance to win the same prizes won by contestants on the show.
During two weeks of special holiday episodes airing from December 1–12, 2025, three SPIN IDs are selected for every participating episode. If your SPIN ID appears online and you verify it in time, you could take home cash, trips, gift cards, cars, or merchandise exactly matching what the contestants win.
This annual tradition remains one of Wheel’s most popular events, bringing back the festive fun of gifting prizes to fans at home.
How the Secret Santa Giveaway Works
To take part, you must be a registered and active Wheel Watchers Club member with a valid SPIN ID. Once you have your SPIN ID, you’re automatically entered into all ten individual Secret Santa drawings — no additional entry form required.
Here’s how participation works:
- Get or confirm your SPIN ID by logging into your Wheel Watchers Club account.
- Watch the designated episodes airing December 1–12, 2025.
- Check your SPIN ID online at wheeloffortune.com during each episode’s verification window.
- Verify your SPIN ID before the deadline if it appears as a potential winner.
If your SPIN ID matches one of the contestants on that night’s show, you could win the same prizes they take home.
Registration Deadlines and Air Dates
Each Secret Santa episode has its own registration cutoff. You must either:
- Register as a new Wheel Watchers Club member by the Registration Deadline, or
- Have logged in to your Wheel Watchers Club account at least once since the required Login Date.

How SPIN IDs Are Selected
For each episode, the Sweepstakes Administrator randomly selects three SPIN IDs from all eligible accounts. Those three IDs are then assigned to the three contestants appearing on that specific episode.
The selected SPIN IDs become visible on the Wheel Watchers website starting at 3:00 PM PT on the day of the episode and remain visible until 2:59 AM PT eight days later.
If your SPIN ID appears, you must log in and complete the verification steps during the valid window. This confirms you as a potential winner.
What You Can Win
Secret Santa prizes match exactly what the contestants win during their episode. This may include:
- Cash
- Gift cards
- Cars
- Luxury travel packages
- Merchandise
- Bonus round prizes
Prize values vary widely. Based on contestant winnings, Secret Santa prizes range from $1,000 to more than $75,000 USD, and total prizes for the event can exceed $1,000,000 USD across all winners.
If a prize includes travel, winners must meet all travel requirements such as passports, age limits, and identification rules. Some travel elements may have blackout dates or restrictions, and winners living close to the destination may not receive airfare.
Who Can Enter
The giveaway is open to:
- Legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, D.C., and Canada (excluding Quebec)
- Participants who are the age of majority where they live as of November 30, 2025
- Active Wheel Watchers Club members with a valid SPIN ID
Participants must also hold a valid SSN, ITIN, or Canadian Social Insurance Number. Only one SPIN ID is permitted per person.
Winner Notification
Once a potential winner verifies their SPIN ID online, they’ll receive a phone call within a few business days. Winners must complete and return their required documents within five days. Canadian winners must pass a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
If a winner cannot be reached or fails to complete verification, the prize is forfeited.
