On the October 28, 2026 episode of Wheel of Fortune, Ameenah Montgomery, Merek Chang, and Anthony Bivona competed through a Halloween-themed lineup of puzzle answers. Anthony solved SPILLING SALT in the opening Fast Forward puzzles, while WALKING UNDER A LADDER remained unsolved. Ameenah took control in the first main round by solving the quotation “OH, WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE”, earning $13,400 and a Savannah trip.
Merek answered the Tongue Twister puzzle “WHICH WITCH IS WHICH?” for $6,350. In the Prize Puzzle round, Anthony offered “DISAPPEARING ART,” but Merek solved DISAPPEARING ACT and won a trip to Glasgow. That solve moved Merek into the lead with $16,350 in cash and prizes.
The What Are You Doing? toss-up puzzles continued the Halloween theme. Anthony solved SEEING A FULL MOON, while Merek added TURNING INTO A WEREWOLF and HOWLING AT THE MOON. Those late toss-up wins brought Merek to $20,350, ahead of Anthony and Ameenah entering the final puzzle.
Anthony solved the Speed-Up puzzle LIFE IN THE SPOTLIGHT, collecting $10,500 and finishing with $13,500. He ended just $100 ahead of Ameenah, who finished with $13,400 and her Savannah trip. Merek Chang remained the episode winner with $20,350 and the Glasgow trip.
